Decision Tech (part of the Moneysupermarket Group) are a performance marking technology business, running comparison products and white labels helping customers find the best mobile, TV, internet and energy deals on the market.
Featurist worked in partnership with Decision Tech to migrate and optimise their recommendations algorithm for their home brand BroadbandChoices. This algorithm correlates web analytics and performance data with product information to better suggest the best deals for customers.
Machine Learning was a massive element of the success for this project. TensorFlow, Python and a serverless architecture were used to build a system for BroadbandChoices, which later rolled out for other Decision Tech comparison sites.
The project was a huge success, with a significant boost in customer satisfaction KPIs and ultimately an improvement in conversion rates. Richard Halliwell, CTO
